Grilled Plums & Icecream
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tsp brown sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon
4 large plums (medium sized is fine)
Vanilla Ice Cream
Brush grill rack with butter, oil or cooking spray
Pre-heat grill to medium high or oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl whisk together melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Brush mixture all over the flesh side of the plums,
Grill plums flesh side up for 5 minutes until soft.
Serve with vanilla ice-cream; sprinkle crushed butterfinger (depending on what part of the world I am in, I substitute the butterfinger with Cadbury’s Crunchie chocolate)
